[AG-TECH] creating a venue

My personal bias would be to set up your own AG2 venue server and 
associated Bridge Server. Having your own server gives you control not 
only over your own bridge, but also the option of access control lists 
for meetings. Plus if you end up in a situation where you have to work 
around firewalls, you've got more control over the addresses in use.
