[AG-TECH] Upgrading to 2.2

The media executables (rat.exe, vic.exe, et al) are no longer installed in 
the toolkit. These files are packaged within the node services that they 
are required for. This change is needed so that node services can be 
packaged and distributed in a clean and efficient manner.

The end result is you should not find vic and rat installed in some 
location you can execute them from, they are unpacked and executed by the 
venue client automatically --
