[AG-TECH] Reconfiguring GLOBUS_HOSTNAME in AG 2.1.1b

Hi Kabe,
I have found that on some windows machines I have to logout and log back 
in for a variable such as GLOBUS_HOSTNAME setting to take effect.

I not aware of why this is sometimes needed at this time.
