[AG-TECH] grid-proxy-init & venue client

Hey,

I may be missing something, but is the program grid-proxy-init (for windows)
completely gone now? We are training more node operators here at BNL; it
would be nice if a pop-up comes up about creating a proxy when I start the
service managers for my audio and video machines. I was planning for
grid-proxy-init to execute during startup, but it seems to be gone now. I
suppose I could get folks to enter the passphrase, key size and proxy
lifetime in the console, but I would like not to.

In addition, I am having some other minor problems with my node setup:

- If the current computer does not have "localhost" in the URL for the
service manager, it does not start the services.
- If I start the venue client w/o the --personalNode option, it does not
automatically load a default configuration, no matter what I try.
- If I start the venue client w/ --personalNode option, it automatically
changes "localhost" to the name of the computer and it recognizes the
service manager of the other computers listed except the current one. I am
assuming that this is because of the first problem I listed.

Any who, any statement on these issues would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
