[AG-TECH] H.261 handshake H.323 is Possible ?

Dear technical team
       Now, I'm interest with Accessgrid Project .I testing system about VIC .My organize used VideoConference of Sony model pcs-1600 it has Codec is H.323.
I have question.? Can I codec h.261 handshake h.323  is possible?
