[AG-TECH] starting venue server

Hey Dave,

You haven't missed it; this stuff is on my plate to get done ASAP.

The url you should try is: https://zim.ncsa.uiuc.edu:8000/Venues/default;
the other thing you can do, once that's there is run VenueManagement.py, and
when it comes up type in the url: https://zim.ncsa.uiuc.edu:8000/VenueServer
in the address bar and hit go.

That should get your venue management client pointed at your server, from
there you can add, modify, and delete venues, you can also modify the server
config. Let me know if you try this and how it goes, I'd like us to get
feedback so we can try to catch anything that's awkward before final :-)
