[AG-TECH] adding a service; was: WinGlobus cert problem

Hey randy, I'm typing with one hand so excuse my poor formatting. Your cert
is issued by the ncsa ca, it looks like. That isn't known by our stuff.
Currently we only know about the globus ca and our ag developers ca. you
should grab a new cert from one of those and see if things work better.

I'd recommend the ag dev ca so you can fiddle with it. BUT, before you do
that if you can send me any and all output from running the agtk with your
ncsa cert that would be great...it should have at least reported the problem
in a more clear way.
