[AG-TECH] Is the Lobby active or inactive?

Randy,

I've gotten into the habit of disabling audio/video before I connect to the
Venues Server. Then I can navigate more quickly to where I want to
be. After seeing who is in the participants list, I turn on audio as that
is the least obtrusive way to find out what's going on in the venue. If
all is clear then I turn on video and have a look.

Some sort of common courtesy practice like this would be very desirable.
