[AG-TECH] AGTk 2.1.1a for windows

Hi all,

We'll have an install that fixes these two things as soon as possible,
but until then, here are simple workarounds.

1) Unable to register type library msvr70.dll.
Just disregard unless you get later errors about a missing msvr70.dll (if
you do, you can copy it from another window's machine or ask us for it.)

2) Unable to locate AGServiceManager.
This can be fixed by changing the VenueClient shortcut's "Start in:"
option to "C:\Program Files\Access Grid Toolkit\bin" (if needed, replace
"C:" with your correct drive letter).
