[AG-TECH] AGTk 2.1.1a for windows

I get the same error.  I also get an error when I try to run the venue client
"Application unable to determine location of AGServiceManager.  If you 
installed using a windows installer, this is due to a bug in the 
installer.  If you are running from a CVS checkout, check the value of 
AGTK_INSTALL environment variable."
