[AG-TECH] AGTk 2.1.1a for windows

Sorry for my basic ignorance in Windows-land, but I never had a problem
with "the missing msvcr70.dll" when I installed 2.1.1 on XP.  So, now
when I try to install this 2.1.1a pkg, I get the error:

c:\windows\system32\msvcr70.dll
Unable to register the type library...

Do I simply disregard this and proceed?
