[AG-TECH] pig woe

hi - maybe someone has had this happen...

We installed the pig on a spec machine and 
everything is working except for the video 
resource manager. It wont start the video capture
vics. The display manager and the
audio manager kick in just fine through the VV
interface. 

I can do a mash vic command from  prompt
and that works (sees the osprey cards etc)
