[AG-TECH] PIG Video with USB Camera

I have tested the workaround from the last email with my Logitech Quickcam 3000 (USB).
The workaround works just fine (although I was getting a strange bluish tint to my video transmission).
In fact, the capture device was still listed as "Microsoft WDM Image Capture (Win32)" in the VIC menu.
