[AG-TECH] Reminder: closed-submission list

Just a reminder that ag-tech is a closed-submission list; that is, to have 
mail automatically sent to the list it must originate from an address that 
is subscribed to the list. Otherwise it bounces to me to approve.

If you send mail and it never shows up, that may be what happened. If I'm 
busy or on travel the approvals may linger, though i try to get to them 
quickly.
