is a version of the directdraw vic for Windows that, upon autoplace 
"apply", will sort the windows by name.

There's currently no caching of CNAME->NAME translations, so if you have 
just started vic the sorting will be by cname; as names come in and you 
reapply you'll get the proper sort order.

And as a refresher, remember that if you type 'g' in a video window that 
will "glue" it down, making a later autoplace apply not move or resize that 
window.
