[AG-TECH] New Gentner Software

Greetings,

Personally, I think this effort should be coordinated and structured
through the AGiB Development Team (unless they are already involved with
something). This would be an important accomplishment for the next
release of AGiB. And I am sure testers are just eagerly waiting something
new to test [I know I am ;)].

Also, maybe some sort of API could be generated that would allow
extensibility for the future. For instance, maybe right now people are
only going to control their node-related software. But, as the AG
capabilities expand, maybe there will be a need for remote controls to
control scientific equipment or other applications that people have not
yet considered. I am remembering this stuff discussed during some session
of the AG Retreat at Argonne. Basically, this would be a good time to
engineer an AG programming framework.

Just some thoughts.
