More Complete Audio Level Info

Folks,

This is the latest:

First we level Net-Only
	* Everyone starts out on net-only (preset 3)
		- Those who don't have good net must sit out this round. Hang out on
		  telco-only (preset 2) and pay close attention to the mud
	* Set rat Speaker Vol at 48
	* Set rat Line-In Gain at 48
	* Set ALL microphones to Coarse Gain 55dB, Gain 0dB
	* Set "TX to Codec" at 0dB
	* Set "To PA System" to 0dB
	* Set "RX from Codec" to 0dB
  All net-only nodes level audio now

Then we level Telco-Only
	* go to preset 2
	* Set "To PA System" gain to 0dB
	* Set "From Telco Receive" gain to 0dB
	* Set "To Telco Transmit" gain to 0dB
	* Set ALL microphones to Coarse Gain 55dB, Gain 0dB
	* Everyone dials into teleconference w/their gentner
  All telco-only nodes level audio now

Then we take turns being the net<->telco bridge (preset 1)
	* Only ONE node can be on preset 1 at any given time
	* To switch net<->telco bridge from nodeA to nodeB:
		- nodeB MUST have good net or it cannot be a Bridge node!
		- nodeB agrees to be the bridge
		- nodeA announces they are moving to net-only or telco-only
		- nodeA moves to preset 2 or 3
		- nodeB moves to preset 1
  Bridge nodeB levels audio now
	* ONLY BRIDGE NODE ADJUSTS GENTNER/RAT GAINS!  All other nodes do not
change any settings
	* There should be at least 2 net-only and 2 telco-only nodes on-grid to
debug the bridge
