Dppt source released

I've bundled up the dppt source at

http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/~olson/AG/Software/Source/dppt-2000-1201.tar.gz

under our new opensource license. This version is set to build against the 
JSDT 2.0 libraries, instead of JSDT 1.5, so it will out of the box be 
incompatible with the existing dppt releases. Contributions to make this a 
more usable tool are more than welcome, and I will handle merging them with 
the mainline code as necessary.
