I've rebuilt m2crypto-0.15-3.fc3.i386.rpm with swig 1.3.24 on FC3, it can be 
found here:
   http://www.vislab.uq.edu.au/accessgrid3/fedora/3/i386/
unfortunately it's got the same RPM revision number as the previous version 
that was up there, so you will need to 'rpm -e --nodeps m2crypto', then 
install the new one. I didn't increase the revison number because if I did, 
it would be greater than FC5's m2crypto and screw up upgrades from FC3 to 
FC5. Also fortunately, I haven't advertised that the FC3 RPMs are up yet.

I haven't tested it myself yet.
