[petsc-dev] spectral deferred correction (SDC) time stepper

Hi again,

Barry, thanks for the welcome -- hopefully my code is up to snuff :)

I pushed my work so far on SDC to the memmett/tssdc branch of my fork on
bitbucket (bitbucket.org/memmett/petsc).

I have tried a few examples and it seems to be working (under the eye-ball
norm).  I will try to create some formal convergence plots to convince
myself that it is actually working.  Aside from that, are there any
particular tests that I should do?
