Hi Paul and all,

Unfortunately, even with fix_geom in usrdat2(), some geometry problems
(strange column like geometry problems at the back of the channel) are
still occurring when I tried a different mesh. See below:

The results seem correct though. The geometry problem does not interfere
with the flow.
