Hi David,

In the .rea file, be certain to set

1   NPSCAL

T  IFHEAT

T T T T ... IFNAV etc

and to have a set of BCs for

FLUID
TEMP
PASSIVE SCALAR 1

I've just done this and it seems to work ok.
