thats out of date.

Do this:

put the log file you want to process in a directory that you have write 
access to - if you did the run yourself then it will already be in such a 
directory. if you are getting the log from the repository, copy it to a 
directory of your choice.

inside that direcotry, type:

swift-plog-log whatever.log

where <whatever> is the name of the log file.
