[Swift-devel] faster branch merge

Hello,

I merged all changes from trunk and 0.94 into the faster branch and ran
some tests. Seems ok as far as I'm concerned.

That means that I'm ready to rename trunk to trunk.old and faster to
trunk. Which probably means that you might need clean checkouts and that
from now on what used to be the faster branch will become trunk.

This is the last opportunity to veto this move. I'll wait one hour for
replies, after which I'm going ahead with the switch.
