please circulate this in your groups.

Later today we'll start enforcing on OSG-Connect the requirement of the 
specification of a project name in all HTCondor jobs.

condor_submit will fail if no valid project name is specified.

Check the "Choose your project name" section in the job submisison guide 
for OSG Connect:

This will tell you how to check valid names and how to set the project 
name.
