[Swift-devel] Intrepid

Thank you. Moving everything to /intrepid-fs0/users/ketan/scratch worked on
Intrepid.

Found from an old Beagle discussion, setting SWIFT_USERHOME to /scratch
path was also required in such cases where the /home filesystem was not
writable by compute nodes.
