[Swift-devel] persistent coasters and data staging

Sorry about that, not sure what happened there. Check /autonfs/gpfs-pads/projects/CI-CCR000013/davidk/test2. I modified this test so that the parallelism is better: 8 jobs per node, 10 machines, 80 active tasks at a time. This run used 500 files X 10 megs but seems to have similarly failed. The coaster logs are in logs/.
