Yes, but gt2:SGE should send the blocks through the SGE provider and
give you logs. Except you'd have to hack the coaster log4j.properties in
cog/modules/provider-coaster/resources and re-compile swift.

If you ran this locally from the ranger login node with local:sge, it
would be sufficient to edit the swift/etc log4j file.
