[Swift-devel] Swift unresponsive while using local provider.

$SWIFT_HOME/etc/sites.xml which has local/local as providers.

But now. The deadlock has nothing to do with disk space. The stack trace
shows what the problem is. So I would suggest ignoring the sites file
issue, since I believe it completely uncorrelated with the deadlock we
are talking about.
