Also, looking at the first command in the README for log-processing "make -f libexec/log-processing/makefile.implicit swift-run.plot.norm" can't we take that out and just show users how to use the perl script that normalizes the logs to a time.  I don't think running the makefile to call this perl script is very useful in this case and we can cut out the middle man.
