[Swift-devel] Eliminate duplicate messages from bugzilla?

Ive left swift-devel as a bugzilla user but disabled email to it:

The following changes have been made to the user account swift-devel at ci.uchicago.edu:
Bugmail has been disabled.
The disable text has been modified.

I noticed in the process that there seem to be many junk accounts. I propose to clean them out if no one objects, and just leave real people on the list.
