[Swift-devel] Error messages and execution retries

Hello,

When execution.retries is greater than 0 and an error occurs, the error
message is not displayed or recorded in the log file. In my case, I had an
application pointing to the wrong path. I couldn't get a clear idea of what
happening until I set execution.retries to 0.

Should swift be changed to report these errors as soon as they happen?
