[Swift-devel] cleanup fails on abe

[David Kelly]

It connects directly to the IP address now. All DNS and service lookups are
disabled. It checks first for nc, then netcat. It times out after 10
seconds.

If anyone finds that nc is still hanging after these updates, Mihael will
pay them $20 :-)
