[Swift-devel] Planning next set of Swift features and releases

It seemed to me to not find the data dir for the VO I was in.
(or maybe was hardcoded to use tmp?)

But maybe that was a bug or insufficient site data, pilot error, etc.
But that was the issue I recall.
