I think I've never seen anything other than those three in live deployment 
on a grid machine.

AFS is used in some places but there are many challenges to using that in 
a grid environment and I've not seen it used for a cluster-shared fs. I've 
seen it used more to provide an enterprise/global homedirectory service.
