[Swift-devel] maling lists

Can't we just use the globus.org mail lists?

The move to globus.org is a valuable outreach action. We get a global 
platform, increase visibility, maybe get more contributors. We make 
clear that we are open source, part of a global community.

The downsides that are being quoted seem minor.
