Hi,
Kickstart should be transparent to Falkon.  Enable it as you would 
normally enable it, and things should work as they would over GRAM or 
other LRMs.  I have not personally tried it, but my understanding is 
that kickstart should work by simply enabling it (and having it 
installed off course)!
