[Swift-devel] what's new web events

I updated the front web page so that the what's new section lists 
events at SC07, rather than being a link to the quickstart guide.

The events listed are the analytics tutorial, the analytics challenge that 
Mike has been working on with Bob Grossman, and the SC07 booth 
presentation.

If there's anything else going on, I can add it or you can too, in 
www/inc/home_sidebar.php in the SVN.
