sieve-dev MeshGetGlobalIndices

Hi,

I noticed from the online reference that there is a function MeshGetGlobalIndices() which might suit my purpose exactly.  However, the implementation is empty. Here is what I found in mesh.c:
PetscErrorCode PETSCDM_DLLEXPORT MeshGetGlobalIndices(Mesh mesh,PetscInt *idx[])
{
  SETERRQ(PETSC_ERR_SUP, "");
}

I am wondering if there is any plan to implement this function in the near future. Thanks.
