[petsc-users] Error in PETSc configuration on Mac Sonoma

 Dear All,

 

I recently upgraded my MacOS to Sonoma and found some issue in PETSc configuration, which does not occur before. The main issue is from hdf5 fortran binding. It’s more likely something is broken after system upgrade, but not clear which part.

 

Any suggestions?
