[petsc-users] MatSetValuesCOO after MatDuplicate

Hi, Maxime,
  Thanks for the introduction. It sounds to me it makes sense to share the
COO information in MatDuplicate.  The data structure consumes a lot of
memory, making it more justified.  I will add it.
