[petsc-users] Installation on NEC SX-Aurora TSUBASA

Thanks for examplation, Stefano.
I was referring to options for downloading external packages, like mumps.

My understanding is that I'll need to look for how to build those packages
and check if they support nec vector engine, is that correct?
