[petsc-users] PETSC installation on Cray

cmathcalls.h is a GNU c header. Is the Cray compiler supposed to be using
this header, or has something gone wrong with
the installation on this machine. This does not seem to be connected to
PETSc, but maybe it is in a way I cannot see.
