[petsc-users] something wrong with digest?

Today I got more than 20 petsc-user Digest emails in my inbox (Vol 141, Issue 78 to 101), many containing only one message and being sent within a few minutes of each other (10:39, 10:41 10:44, ...). Is this really how Digest is supposed to work?
