[petsc-users] PETSc initialization error

To clarify, I call PETSc initialize and PETSc finalize everytime I call
SLEPc:
PetscInitializeNoPointers(argc,args,nullptr,nullptr);
SlepcInitialize(&argc,&args,static_cast<char*>(nullptr),help);
//calling slepc
SlepcFinalize();
PetscFinalize();
