[petsc-users] TS tutorial ex11 in Fortran

With the code in attachement it's better.

And I set it up in Fortran as follow ::

            TS :: timeS
            TSAdapt        :: adapt
            call TSGetAdapt(timeS, adapt, ierr);
 CHKERRA(ierr)
            call MyTSAdaptRegister(timeS, adapt, gamma, cfl, ierr);
CHKERRA(ierr)
