[petsc-users] PETSC_VIEWER_DRAW_(Comm) Fortran interface missing?

Yeah, thanks Satish.
PETSC_VIEWER_DRAW_() works perfectly and I could not reproduce my
above mentioned issue with PETSC_VIEWER_STDOUT_(), so probably I
messed something up.
