[petsc-users] Cuda libraries and DMDA

Oh ok, thanks Matt,

I think the problem is that i am not using DMCreateMatrix at all but a
regular MatCreate, i will follow ex44f and get back to you,

I am calling DMSetFromOptions right after creating the DMDA, way before the
matrix is created,
