[petsc-users] configure PETSc on Cray

Try:

./configure  --with-cc=cc --with-cxx=CC --with-fc=ftn --with-debugging=0 --with-clib-autodetect=0 --with-cxxlib-autodetect=0 --with-fortranlib-autodetect=0

Check config/examples/arch-cray-xt6-pkgs-opt.py
