   This is our mistake, thanks for letting us know. I have fixed it in the maint and master branches.

   We haven't tested it in parallel. It is tricky because the SAWs web server runs only with MPI process zero. You may need to do some coding to get it working well in parallel.

   You can run the git command 

git grep PetscStackCallSAWs

which will show all the source files that use SAWS and then find the options from there. I think the main two are 
-snes_monitor saws  and -ksp_monitor_saws
